You just fire up your space heater and point it at your car.
That reminds me of the one time I tried to "vacuum out" the air that was in my car bag to see if I could make it work like the old "seal-a-meal" that you saw on TV. I hooked my shop vac up to it and tried and tried... but it didn't work.
