Just FYI I don't need a badge bracket (see my post on the "other" thread).
I checked mine out of curiosity and found that the O.D. of my tubes is 3/4", same as the drawing.
The vertical distance between the tube centerlines is 2-1/4" which is 1/2" closer together than the drawing. Mine's an E-M from ~2000, so YMMV...
I'd suggest making the clamp dimension slightly more than 3/4" to make room for a thin band of urethane (or suitable wrap-around elastomer shim) to prevent metal-to-metal contact.
