You have to remember that this car was a charity auction vehicle so the hammer price is irrelevant compared to the vehicle price. Craig Jackson apparently bought it and he'll get a tax write off for the 1.1M less the MSRP of the car. Not a bad way to avoid an ADM and get a tax writeoff at the same time
