Default FIA/slabside front control arms

Hi - 2 quick questions about the front control arm installation on the ERA FIA/slabside:

1. Lower control arm:
The manual shows the front bolt for the lower control arm going in from the front side (nut facing the rear of the car). But it doesn't depict the rear bolt. Since the rear joint is completely enclosed by chassis tubing, maybe the direction doesn't matter. But what's the 'right' way, either for reason or by convention?

2. Upper control arm:
Unlike the lower bushings, which are packaged separately along with lube to be applied on installation, the bushings in the upper arm are preinstalled in the arm/pivot shaft assembly. Any lubrication necessary on those?

Thanks,
Bill
