ok. i'll play. first, you misunderstood my meaning.

my question was: if there is an engine that produces 500 hp does it matter from a value perspective whether it comes from a small block or big block?

my personal bias is against big blocks however: i prefer smaller blocks because i personally prefer higher revving engines that feel "lighter" than how big blocks typically behave.

no offense meant to anyone - just my personal taste - wouldn't have mentioned it but patrickt called me out.
