With a few exceptions most of the failures would fall on the independent suppliers of components - gages, brake booster, master cylinder, CV joints, slave cylinder, etc. Unfortunately most of these are anything but large scale suppliers like the big car manufacturer's use and most small, specialty car producers can't do a lot of in-house supplier QC. It's frustrating, and you may be having more than your share of teething issues but I think most owners of these cars go through the same thing in the first year or so of getting it up and running.
