If that's a spinoff from an ERA, it went completely off-track and hit a tire barrier.

If I am counting correctly, there are ten holes in the wheels, which means this is an adapted system, probably from Trigo. Do the pins actually act as lug nuts to retain the adapters? If so, go back to Trigo. If they're not, they're probably custom made to fit the Trigo or Halibrand wheels.
