my name is Mike .I have been a member of the AC owners club
in the UK since 1982.Over the years I have restored Aces ,Acecas and Cobras as well as building a Kirkham 289.
The reason for this thread is that I am trying to find J.Peterson who appears as the owner of Ace AEX 1078 on the ACOC Ace register for 2018
This car is currently for sale in the UK as a restoration project but not by J.Peterson.The asking price is £100,000
Pictures of the car show that it has been "Cobraised" and at some time has had a V8 engine.The present seller is uncertain as to the vehicles provenance which
makes me wonder if the car is the genuine article.
As the car was once made into a Cobra I am hoping that J.Reterson may have at some time been a member of Club Cobra.
