The 4.6 Modular was built in 1992. It and all the modular engines, as well as the coyote, are of the same design. I never read anything specific on the subject, but if you took 0.010" off of the deck and head combined, each port would be 0.007" closer to the center of the engine. However there is no angle change, like you have to deal with on the FE, Windsor, Cleveland, type engines. The ports will still be level.
