Another question from the project car from....
My new project has a steering column from a Chevette which is out of the car. I have read the manual front to rear and don't find anything about mounting the column. I notice on my column, there is a flange w/ a hole in about a third up from the bottom that prevents it from going thru the hole in the firewall. If I decide to use this columm, do i cut off the flange? If I were to go with a diferent column, what recommendations do you guys have for a substitute. Thanks for helping me keep my sanity. Chuck
