My preference is urethane over rubber - at least as long as it's black, graphite-impregnated urethane. No personal experience, but I'm told the red urethane has a tendency to squeak.

Edit: I just checked the Energy Suspension site (who sell a lot of red urethane bushings), and they don't even list Jaguar - so above comments may be moot.
