My door hinges are covered with 20+ year old black duct tape with foam inner padding. It's time for something nicer. The hard hinge covers were looked at and described by me as expensive. I'm thinking of padded upholstered covers something you could comfortably brace your leg against. What did you do or would have done? Are new hard hinge cover still available?
