Steve, two choices:
Up the Coronado Trail from Morenci/Clifton to Hannigan's Meadow then Springerville/Eager
or
Clifton to NM 180 up to Alpine then Springerville/Eager
Good but different things to be said for both routes.
The Trail: 119 miles with 460 turns, many posted 10MPH, and mean it. Lots of scenery for a passenger but the driver should maybe not be too interested
Really big fun,
180 in NM still has lots of curves but more sweeping, much higher speed. My choice, but, I've a bit of less than stellar history on the Trail run.
