Thanks, thats awesome.

I was told last night that I have a MK1 based on the VIN. One of the old timers over on the Factory Five forum said he knew the specific car and its builder. Must be a small community. Its was probably close to the end of the MK 1 run.

Let me know if you can find it and if I can buy it off you or get a copy made. I'm not sure how they bound the manuals back then.
