What are you using for rear drive rear suspension?. If you were using a solid rear axle housing and leaf springs , Id bet you had a broken centering bolt on one side leaf spring At work we had a old Dodge pick up truck and when on the gas it wanted to go a little one way and when you'll let off the gas it would want to go another direction. One end of the rear axle housing was shifting forward and rearward of center on the leaf springs .
