I couldn’t find any shop to repair my cable but I did find Dorman emergency brake kit (part number 21119). I installed it and it seems to be working for now. Need to get the car back together and on the ground to see how well it works.

The replacement cable is lighter gauge than the existing one and don’t love how one end of the cable is secured. Not ideal but I think it may work.
