I will reiterate my advice after a personal experience. First, accept that you do not sit in a Cobra, you wear it. I sat in many different manufacturers cars. In a Superformance with the seat at a comfortable pedal position the steering wheel was on my lap. The Shelby CSX "fit" perfectly.

My advice: From the major roller manufacturers, sit in one before you sign on the bottom line.

For any other car, especially a self-built kit, sit in THAT CAR!

You can end up with a car that doesn't fit and the tailor on the corner can't tuck in the seams to fix it.
