i have a chevy aluminum 350 based engine in my VSE. I don't know about your situation but my small block would not fit over a single 4bbl. I suspect the big block is taller than the small block. So I doubt either will fit without a scoop or blister to cover them. I have a dan olsen racing wet sump pan which I believe probably is more compact than a factory pan.
