Hi,
Cylinders 5 and 6 will detonate it timing not pulled out enough under boost and have a mess. I would put head studs in and torque heads properly with O ringed head gaskets. Pull 1 1/2 degrees of timing out per lb of boost and start your initial timing at 10* stock. Turn the fuel pressure up to 43 lbs.
