Bob,

To start your car appears to be a very nice one. To that end listen to the previous posts as their advice was very important, more pictures, better advertising sources and your windage and air cleaner are all limiting your success. As for the manufacturer, contemporary is probably one of the best made front to back and after much research was the direction that I chose. Parts are not a concern as there are people on both coasts that have and or will make just about everything for the car. Finally we come to price. For a point of reference I purchased my car about 6 months ago for $32K and had to put about another 3k into it to put it in much the condition that yours appears to be in now. A friend of mine also purchased one recently with a Glidden built 289 w/webbers for $27K. Granted that car still needs some work but obviously for that price the car was a great deal. So what is yours worth? After looking around at great length at all the sites previously mentioned you would sell your car quickly in the $39K-41K. It will sell but probably take some time in the $41-44K range. As soon as you start approaching $45k+ things seem to slow down considerably unless it's a trailer queen and has a 427 SO and other such pieces. Regardless I wish you the best.
