I have an Edelbrock intake and I have to use a .3" 428 CJ carb spacer to have adequate clearance for the turkey pan to bottom of hood and air cleaner to bottom of hood scoop. I don't know if there are other thiner mounts but you could shorted the two motor mount support post if you want to run a 1" thick carb spacer. I also drilled and bolted the driver side motor mount like ERA shows on their site.

There are several different mounts available but they move the motor farther forward or back not up or down. I used 2270 &71 mounts for my FE
