For cars made after late 2005, the answer is "No." In fact, I don't even notice any offset on my car, which was the second car made after the "big upgrade" of 2005. Now, my feet are 12EEE and I had the pedal shafts bent to space them out more. If you bought an already built car and wanted to replace the pedal shafts it would be a slight chore, but doable, and I'm sure ERA would just send you new shafts correctly bent to give you more fat feet room. Here is a nice pic of mine with the tape measure on them. The dead pedal is quite nice to have and I use it on every drive.
