This is the son. The heads were milled a lot. No cracks and I don't believe they were honed. They do have rod guides in them. The number is C3OE. The date code is 8M23.
Although it might seem crazy the car also came with an original over the counter ford Cobra dual quad intake. It had 2 carter 500's on it but I went back to a single 4 barrel and sold the carbs. I will be selling the intake as I still have it. I am not sure what the block is. I am starting to wonder if he pulled an entire motor from and early car? I will be pulling the block is there anyway to tell if its anything special?
