Hey Jon
Your temp seems to be pretty accurate. In the cool months (Florida) it takes a while for my engine to reach 180 /190. In the summer months 190 is about right driving and will go to 210 in traffic. As soon as I start to get moving and some air flowing across the radiator it will settle at 190. My temp never exceeds 210.

Running Griffin 3 row, w/ Black magic temper control fan. I do have pusher fans but they really don’t help much only prolong the increase in temperature when at idle in traffic on a hot summer day.

FYI as long as your not overheating and you oil temp is getting above 160, you should be good. You just want to make sure your temperature is cycling when applying air across it (fan or driving) and your radiator should be good.

Hope it helps.
