As others have said, just take it slow and get used to the car. There is no traction control or antilock brakes to help you along. The Avons are nice, but just be ready on rough roads/uneven pavement. The increased grip is great on smooth pavement, but can lead to the car darting when the tires get warm and the pavement is uneven. If you live in an area where you will be driving on roads that may have loose stones on them you may want to consider some chip guards, as sticky tires have a greater potential to throw stones on the car.
