An FFR with a 302. Sure its not a big block and the wheels aren't my style, but that looks like it could be a fun not so expensive Cobra replica.

The only obvious thing that would concern me is the BF Goodrich tires. From hanging out on this forum for years, one of the few messages I have gotten is that those tires are dangerous on a Cobra replica. Your best bet seems to be Avon tires, but there are other less expensive tire choices as well.
