A lot of it depends on how fast you are driving and the type of driving that you do. With my Hoosier TD-R's (which are a biased ply tire and similar to the billboards) I run a lower pressure, by 1 psi in the fronts 19 front, 20 rear, as I am doing a lot of hard cornering at speed and the fronts get hotter than the rears. The Hoosiers like to be at 26-27 hot, so I imagine that the Billboards are pretty similar. So, depending on how hard you drive them and ambient temperatures the air pressure that you run will differ.

My 2 cents for what it's worth.
