I think with then shifter and if you guarantee the unit is rebuilt and works fine, $600 to $800 with the shifter sounds about right, might get a little more. Ask $1000 and be willing to deal or reduce the price. I bought mine which is just like that one for $350 about a dozen years ago and then had it rebuilt for $300 to be sure it was functional. Bought a used Ford like Hurst shifter for about $200.
