Your trans is a T5 with an aftermarket bellhousing/ scatter shield. That looks like a stock clutch disc for a Ford T5. Make sure you inspect the shaft bearing the is pressed into the hole in the center of the flywheel. Nice time to replace it. If it is worn out or missing you will have driveline vibrations that will destroy the trans. Also inspect the throw out beating- it is mounted to the clutch fork and slipped over the input shaft of the trans (sorry if you know this, not trying to be anything but helpful).
