It looks like it has the stainless steel frame and a Shebly aluminum block motor.
That patina probably hurt the sale price a bit, but I think the paint scheme is still the real killer of the sale price. Unless you really like those colors, I can just think the buyer was thinking this car needs a re-paint (or strip for polishing).
