Mine has a Coyote and a 6R80 out of a 2014 Mustang. I have an electronic shifter, because at the time I built it there were no aftermarket shifters available. I have the stock Ford sport shift button mounted on the dash.

I love this transmission! I can manually control it if I want to, or let the computer do it. I have to admit, the computer shifts it much more accurately than I ever could.

I did install a higher stall converter, and that made a huge improvement. It really is a joy to drive.

It didn't quite fit the tunnel. There's a bump on the side of the transmission towards the rear. We had to use some fiberglass on the right rear of the tunnel to gain clearance.

I also had to hand fabricate the transmission mount. Not a big deal.
