It’s when BDR receives them. Usually in the states a week or so earlier and shipped down to BDR from NY I believe. Note: with current parts shortages it’s going to be a long wait for the car to be finished by BDR (and or your company of choice). Patience is key (and gets harder and harder as you see dates!)
