Default I finally pulled the trigger

I joined this group a little over 10 years ago. In that time I was contemplating building a Unique Motorcars 289 FIA, an ERA or maybe even a scratch build. In other words I suffered from analysis paralysis. And in that interim I also built a 67 Mustang Trans Am tribute car. So fast forward to the end of April of this year Alan Weaver posted a little Silver street version of their FIA that they had built some years ago that was for sale and and at their facility in Gadsden. On May 2nd I took the 2 1/2 hour drive down to check out the car. In the back of my mind I figured I would either be buying a Cobra finally, or getting it out of my system. Well at the end of the test ride/drive I knew I wanted this car and put a down payment on it. The car was delivered toward the end of June, longest month and a half of my life.
