I'd check continuity to the brake light switch, then the headlight switch, as the circuit runs through the headlight switch (competition wired, #32 vs street wired #31) without the wand, with the multi function wand, it would be labeled #72. Talights would be #96 for left, #95 for right , I'd also check the multi pole connector for that specific harness to see if it came undone.
