I got my Nomex screen from Speedway several years ago. It was in the $20-$25 range at the time. I trimmed it and installed it using industrial Velcro. I used adhesive on the back side of the Velcro to attach it to the aluminum around my radiator and wound up sewing the other side of the Velcro to the screen. I've removed it a few times to blast out all those murdered bugs and it's been super easy to reinstall. This has definitely kept my radiator fins cleaner and in good shape. I did see a 5° increase in running temperature in the summer, but that's not been a problem. My 2¢ worth
