Default Upper Coolant line vs. Hood Brace

The upper coolant line that feeds the radiator on the drivers side upper inlet failed recently. I found that the crossmember/brace for the Hood mount and the inlet are basically right next to each other, allowing for essentially NO space to mount the replacement pipe. Even if I were find a way to squeeze the hose in there, it'll likely fail over time anyways. Any suggestions on an adjustment of either the crossbrace or radiator to give me the 1/2" of clearance I need?? photo attached for reference.
