That’s Bennett Coachworks, Bob Bennett was Arntz engineer and built the first Excaliburs too. It’s funny rite, one of Bobs chassis sitting on a shipping container way in the future.
They gotta smile.
I called him about the Classic Roadsters top fitting on a Excalibur and we got to talking about early Cobra companies.
He said after Arntz turned into Butler everybody was copying the designs.
A VW powered Cobra? It’s no wonder why Shelby sued.
Our old friend Ryan said the Classic Roadsters body will fit on the 94 1/2” wheelbase VW chassis and was designed that way.
There’s a guy with a body somewhere looking for you.
