I have an RUCC kit that I'm finishing up, and after talking to Roger, he never issued any manufacturer's statement of origin and claimed he talked to Oklahoma DMV and he was advised not to make one. I filled out the affidavit to get a title/VIN from the state and their reply was that we needed a court order to get a title issues from the state. What have you all done to get something from the state without an MSO?
And if it comes to it..any good vehicle registration lawyers in the Tulsa area?
