I was not aware that BAT had "changed hands" and now had corporate handlers. I just read the press release and it sounds like the original owners stay in charge but they still have a big brother watching which will certainly affect some things.

As far as Hearst goes, I used to be a big fan of Car and Driver and Road and Track before they were both under Hearst. Now they're the same thing and the value of content has gone down. I used to watch here for subscription deals and got C&D through 2025 but probably won't up it again.
