See if Richmond would be willing to send you the dimension drawings for the bushing you need. You may be able to cross it over to an available bushing from another transmission. If not, they are usually just bronze bushings. You may have to get one made at a machine shop. Should be a simple machining job. Probably won't be cheap though unless you know someone that has a metal lathe.
Also, you could get the tail housing modified to accept an available bushing. It's a more complicated job, but would simplify repairs going forward.
I would be willing to bet that it is a common bushing that fits another transmission.
