Hello All

There was a picture that was posted of a blue cobra that had a water wheel in the background. I’m trying to find out if anyone knows where in NC the picture was taken. I know it’s kind of a vague description, but hoping someone or the owner of that picture can respond.

I’m planning a trip to Raleigh, & Carry NC, and wanted to get in some good sights.

I’m open to any suggestions as well.
