People in Henderson and Las Vegas are suing over noise from planes landing at airports that existed 30 and 50 years before they were born. Why the courts won't throw out these nuisance suites is a mystery.

PS. If you google "highway 68 coalition" you'll see they've been up to this kind of stuff for a long time. I don't see they've won anything, just tying projects in the courts for years.
