But auto insurance varies by location. Sometimes significantly. Even from state to state within the US.
Location is unclear from the OP, but if your state has unique requirements like mine here in Vermont, you might also consider trying one of the big national agencies like State Farm which offers a policy on a Cobra at an "agreed / guaranteed value."
