I'm finding it difficult to get a direct answer to what is required in Victoria regarding an ICV build. I understand that emission requirements are different between full registration and club registration. Is that the case and what are the requirements for each?
The reason I'm trying to find out is because I would much prefer to use an older engine as opposed to a Coyote or LS. Are the older 1970's engines able to comply with either registration path? I really like the concept of a cobra with silly cubic inches. No idea why, its just a preference I have.
Hey BOB,

I built mine a few years ago and had to meet 2018 emissions over here in the West I looked at all options to meet the ridiculous ADR requirements and finally settled with an 05 boss. So in short build what you have to for the ADR and have secondary back up once passed if you get my drift otherwise get hold of an old crown chassis and run with a 70s compliance and you can pretty much run what ever you want mate. Just my opinion 🤙
