Look at post 49 on page 3 of this attached thread. He doesn't say what company he worked for, but if anyone knows anything about this guy "Justin O'Rourke" who hasn't logged in here since June 2011, that would be a good lead as to who the original supplier was. He claimed back when he posted this that he worked for the original CCX header supplier and that they still had the original jigs to make more.
