That along with the salt marsh harvest Moure, the giant garter snake, the elderberry beetle, the clapper rail, and many more that i can't think of, you are totally hobbled in doing anything remotely related to Forrest management.
I recall one of the power companies wanting to clear a corridor around power lines and they were DENIED because of some creature or another residing there. OK so we MIGHT disturb or even kill a few of these, but what happens when the ENTIRE forrest burns? Well thats not our concern...Environmentalist logic. Regarding the water flow, they want the river temperatures to be below come threshold for the fish, so they flow enough to keep the temp. down. What happens when the water runs out? Thats not our concern...
