Regarding the water flow, they want the river temperatures to be below come threshold for the fish, so they flow enough to keep the temp. down. What happens when the water runs out? Thats not our concern...

It was just a matter of time before some tool would come in here to pitch their past grievances once again that they just can't seem to let go. We all know that it's all about you and not about the victims, their families and their pets.
