Apparently I don't need a seperate HB flash for an 87 Car so just need the HB on/off. Now I can use the VW turn signal indicator for HB on/off via a 5-pin relay and have the horn as a button on the dash along with the windscreen water pump dash button which is already present. This is just how the original MK IIIs were set up.
