Re-start an old thread.

I have a BDR RT4 and like the idea of the gas strut fully opening and holding the trunk open more.

So wanted to ask after many years of usage if everything was still holding up and if you have had any stress cracks etc at the body of where bracket is mounted?

Thanks in advance for a followup of where you have now used this shock absorber for more than 4 years.
