I have a very pleasant experience to relate. I attended the Knotts Berry event in April and attempted purchase a poster from Judy Scott. Unfortunately they were out. Judy said she would forward the poster to me via mail with no shipping cost. (That's a deal all by itself)!
Well apparently they had a problem with the poster supplier and about three weeks ago I received a check for the amount of my order plus a note describing the difficulty. Judy also mentioned she would forward the poster anyway when available. I just received the poster this week. Not only did she keep me informed of the status in May, Judy refunded my money AND sent the poster.
Talk about folks that really care about the customer.
